The top leader of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA), has asked the FCT High Court in Abuja to expel the suit recorded by Busola Dakolo and furthermore requesting N50m as harms. Busola had in a meeting in June blamed Pastor Fatoyinbo for assaulting her while she was a young person.
In a suit documented under the watchful eye of the FCT High Court two weeks prior, she said the pollution has unfavorably influenced her conjugal sexual coexistence. The statement of regret should likewise keep running on two national TV channels for seven days running continuously.

Thus, in his counter-guarantee, Pastor Fatoyinbo asked the court to grant an expense of N50m, mutually and severally against the petitioner and her specialist.
