NECO records 40,630 cases of malpractice in 2019 June/July exam

The National Examinations Council says a sum of 40,630 candidates were engaged in malpractice during its ongoing June and July 2019 Senior Secondary Certificate Examination.

The acting NECO Registrar, Mr Abubakar Gana, uncovered these in Abuja in a brief submitted to the Minister of Education, Adamu, on the command and accomplishments of the chamber between May 2018 and September 2019.
