Lagos suspends planned reopening of churches, mosques

The Lagos State Government has hereby suspended the planned reopening of mosques and churches initially scheduled for Friday, June 19 and Sunday, June 21 respectively.

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu today Tuesday, June 16, made this known during a press briefing at Alausa Ikeja.

The governor indicated that it is as a result of the rising cases of the coronavirus pandemic in the state.
